This Runnin's was created to help the community including
all citizens of Treasure Beach, yardies living abroad and visitors new
and old. We hope that you will find this place useful for keeping in touch
with friends and relatives, learning about the wonderful vacation opportunities
we offer and keeping up with the news about town.

Over the life of the Runnin's
our visitors have been overwhelmingly positive and respectful when leaving
messages here but there have been some instances where things have
gotten out of hand. Therefore we offer these guidelines to ensure the
integrity of the
TreasureBeach.Net

Think before you post. The audience on the Internet
is huge and comments thrown hastily into a message can be read by just
about anyone. Is the Internet really the place you want to air
dirty laundry and say what you may be privately thinking?
There are no country or age limits to the Runnin's. It is open to the public,
meaning the world. That means tourists, yardies, kids, adults, Jamaicans,
Africans, North Americans, Europeans, Asians.
Anyone. So do yourself and everyone a favor and think before you post.

No personal attacks. When
writing a post, you should extend the same courtesy and respect that you
would when speaking face to face with a person or group of people. It's
certainly all right to disagree with a person's point of view, but to
flame or race them up for different/unpopular ideas is just not acceptable.
We promote free-speech and the open exchange of ideas as long as that
speech does not infringe upon the rights of others or cause harm to persons
or their reputations.

No unproven rumors or profanity. This forum
is an information exchange, not a gossip column. TB.net can not check
the
accuracy
of
any
rumors posted on the Runnin's. Therefore unproven rumors and rumors in
general are subject to removal at the discretion of TB.net. And any
post with profanity will be either deleted or edited.

Consider using your real name
when posting something you feel strongly about. That would lend credibility
to your argument and make the exchange more honest. It is all too easy to
hide behind a fake name and feel 'free' to say things you would not normally
if they were directly attributed to your name.
Unfortunately TB.net may
have to delete some messages if they go outside of these guidelines.
We do not edit such messages nor will we send the original text back to you. Its up to you to keep a copy if you want ot edit it later. We reserve the right to be the final judge of unacceptable material and
at anytime remove the offending message.We
have no intention of putting each message through a fine tooth comb to
make a sanitized version of Treasure Beach appear in the Runnin's. We are
simply advocating a positive, respectful attitude towards others and to
our community. If you read something on this forum that you feel is untrue
